Ludovic Chesnay in Thailand


Our chef Ludovic Chesnay was in Thaïland ! In Bangkok, the chef realized two pastry shows in Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, a partner of Elle & Vire Professionnel. The first one has been done in front of students of the school whereas the second one was presented in front of local customers in the afternoon. Those pastry shows were the opportunity to highlight our product Sublime, cream with Mascarpone by providing exclusive recipes of our collection dedicated to the end of year festivities.

Many thanks to AEP Thaïland for the organization of this event, and to Le Cordon Bleu Dusit school for having welcome us in their establishment.
