SIRHA 2023: A HIT!
The Elle & Vire Professionnel device was also unprecedented with 2 booths to welcome you. On the one hand, our Chefs from La Maison de l'Excellence led the tastings of their creations and revealed our innovations to the greatest number of people. You were able to discover Cooking Cream Sour Taste, an innovation with hints of fresh cream, as well as our organic butter plate, essential for your puff pastry creations.
Visitors also discovered the backstage of a radio show and not just any radio show: "RTL nous régale". A culinary show, broadcasted on RTL, was exceptionally held on our booth. With an incredible line-up of chefs behind the microphone, Thomas Subrin Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019 boulangerie, Davy Tissot Bocuse d'Or 2012 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004 cuisine, Naïs Pirollet representing France for the Bocuse d'Or 2023, Sébastien Bouillet a great figure of Lyon pastry, Etienne Leroy world champion pastry 2017 and Jeffrey Cagnes Lescure ambassador.
Visitors were also able to continue their experience in the Chefs' Village with our second booth, set up for the occasion as an ephemeral restaurant. Our Chefs proposed each day a complete menu worthy of a starred restaurant. On the program: Guillaume Goupil Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023 cuisine, Florence Lesage and Alexis Beaufils World Champions in Sweet Arts, Enrique Casarubias starred chef, Jeffrey Cagnes Chef Ambassador Lescure, but also our Chef Ambassadors Elle & Vire Professionnel: Christophe Hay, François Daubinet, Yannick Tranchant, Jean Baptiste Lavergne Morazanni and finally Etienne Leroy. An immersive experience close to these Chefs that conquered more than 400 guests!
