Elle & Vire has more than 609 employees working together in a Group of over 23,100 employees. 609 men and women of diverse culture and training, who have in common to work for the development of the company.

In application of the Avenir Professionnel law of September 5, 2018, ELVIR publishes its gender equality index based on 5 indicators resulting in a score out of 100.

In January 2022, ELVIR obtains the score 92 out of 100 in France.

This result is the result of a policy and indicators put in place to monitor our performance in terms of gender equality.
