French Touch The beginning

History

It was born in 1987 to describe the French trend of house music. Young musicians with a bold, innovative and spirited style; their music was recognisable, but very difficult to imitate.
These forerunners left a mark on their time and in their field, just like pastry chefs are now bringing a signature touch to theirs. They express a rhythm unique to their art, transporting their audience from the very first second.

The French Touch generation of gastronomy has arrived...
And Elle & Vire Professionnel Excellence Whipping Cream is proud to support them!
