It’s also true that it takes more than fresh grass to obtain good milk. There has to be a sincere and sustainable relationship with our farmers. In order to enhance farming practices, we offer our farmers a diagnosis of their operation to help evaluate the performance of each farm and to suggest areas for improvement that are adapted to each producer. This diagnosis consists of 10 indicators, including:
