To prepare this dish

Ingredient list
Parmesan sauce
600 g Excellence cooking cream 35% fat
150 g grated parmesan
20 g olive oil
Fine "fleur de sel" sea salt and pepper
Garnish and presentation
1 kg penne trio
20 g olive oil
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
100 g olives, stoned
100 g parmesan pieces
1 bunch basil
salt and pepper

The recipe,
step by step

    Parmesan sauce

    Bring the cream to the boil. Remove the parmesan and olive oil from the heat. Mix. Season. Leave to stand.

    Garnish and presentation

    Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes and the olives. Bring salt water to the boil with half of the olive oil. Cook pasta al dente, drain and add remaining olive oil. Decorate with parmesan shavings and basil.
