1 L Chocolate Cream & Tart
400 g Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone
40 g sugar
Presentation
2 mango cut in balls
50 mini-shortbread

The recipe,
step by step

    Black Forest

    Heat gently the Chocolate Cream until it begins to boil. Arrange the dishes and leave to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then, place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

    Whip the Sublime cream with sugar.

    Presentation

    Before serving, decorate with the Mango balls, the Sublime cream and the mini-shortbread.
