Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin, pastry chefs at La Maison de La Crème Elle & Vire welcomed last week 9 Romanian chefs for a pastry training. To discover more on Elle & Vire Professionnel products and learn how to use them best, the chefs were invited to realize some of Nicolas Boussin’s recipes, elaborated with products such as Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone or Excellence Whipping Cream.
Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin shared their pastry tips with the chefs and showed them some of their technics. Thus, the chefs prepared desserts such as the Ibaraki Christmas log, one of the lastest recipes of Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin, the Asian Floral tart and also the Tropical Fidjian Bar.
It was a great sharing moment between pastry chefs, and everyone was able to discover something new to bring back home.
