Chef Jonathan Leger was born in Leuven, Belgium. After working in a 3 stars guide Michelin in Brussels, Jonathan dedicated his technical knowledge to teaching his passion to other chefs. He is now based in Shanghai and loves to share and create new trends in China by using Elle & Vire Professionnel products.
