The recipe,
step by step

Black sesame cake
Stir the milk, oil and sesame paste until evenly mixed.
Sift in the combined charcoal powder and flour continue stirring.
Add the egg yolks and mix well.
Whisk the egg whites, granulated sugar and egg yolk mixture until evenly mixed.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.

Stir all the ingredients and whisk together before using.

Original cheese cream
Stir all the ingredients and whisk together before using.

Black sesame candy slices
Roast the black sesame seeds at 100°C, heat the honey and oil, add the roasted black sesame seeds and stir well.
Spread onto baking paper.
Bake at 145°C for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool before using.
