Ophélie Barès graduated from Ferrandi and began her career at luxury hotels such as Auberge du Jeu de Paume, working alongside Arnaud Faye. Later, she joined Christophe Michalak. She is a pastry consultant and she opened her own pastry shop in 2022: Encore.
Angéline Dano is responsible for the quality of Elle & Vire Professionnel®’s cream. Her role is to make sure the product respects the Chefs’ expectations in terms of taste, consistency and technical qualities.
