La Maison de la Crème is a centre dedicated to excellence in sharing knowledge and teaching and is open to both French and International professionals. It is headed up by 2 executive chefs: Sébastien Faré who was awarded one star by the Michelin Guide, in cuisine and Nicolas Boussin, Best Pastry Craftsmen in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - MOF), in pastry. They put their expertise and knowledge at your disposal to provide training sessions suited to your needs.
Located in Viroflay, on the outskirts of Paris, La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire contains spacious labs where individual or group training sessions, product demonstrations, and meetings with customers, Chefs and artisans are organized. A comprehensive range of made to measure services has been envisaged to meet the needs of professionals and provide inspiration.
A creative hub, La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire constantly innovates and also provides recipe collections, created by Cuisine and Pastry Chefs, throughout the year. These original creations provide gourmet inspiration along with the changing seasons.
La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire also shares its expertise with professionals with about ten chefs in France and on the international stage. They give training sessions and demonstrations around the world, whilst also providing invaluable support to the distribution network. This made to measure support, working in tandem with Chefs, sums up the brand's values to perfection: excellence, innovation and working hand in hand with industry professionals.
‟How can we best support customers who are spread over the five continents? How can we expand the range of services we offer to international Chefs? What tool would facilitate communication?
To answer these very questions, we decided to create a new training laboratory, Elle & Vire’s “Maison de la Crème.” Under the umbrella of the Culinary Division, the laboratory, led by Best Craftsman in France, Nicolas Boussin, and Culinary Expert, Sébastien Faré, will enable Chefs from the world over to be trained in the technical aspects of the Elle & Vire product range and to discover new sources of inspiration. It will also be a meeting place dedicated to professionals, where Chefs can exchange ideas and break through traditional barriers with creativity and excellence at the fore.”
