The Indonesian Pastry Chef Wenping Rasjid is the owner of her own shop « Lynn & Ann Parlour » in Jakarta. She is a specialist of « buttercream flowers » decorations, flowers made of cream and butter, very trendy in Asia.   

 

The Pastry Chef took part in the Cake International competition that was hosted in the Alexandra Palace in Londres from the 22nd to the 23rd of April 2017. She won four medals in the following categories: « Cup Cake Class not tasted », « Cup Cake Class tasted » and « Pushing the boundaries », and obtained respectively two gold medals, one bronze medal and one merit medal.

 

It was with great pleasure that we welcomed her at La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire® so that she can perform a demonstration and share her technique with many guests, Chefs and journalist.
