240 g Original american cream cheese 34% fat
30 g dry white wine
25 g chopped shallots
1 clove garlic, chopped
50 g Avantage cooking 15% fat
10 g chopped chives

600 g large potatoes
1 g saffron
2 dl semi-skimmed milk
1 dl Excellence cooking cream 35% fat
50 g Elle & Vire gourmet butter 82% fat
Filling & finition
2 oval tomatoes
150 g black olive tapenade
4 grilled baby red pepper halves
4 grilled baby yellow pepper halves
4 grilled baby green pepper halves
4 crystallised pink garlic cloves
50 g pesto
Fresh herbs (parsley, basil)

    Soften the Cream Cheese in a blender, then add the white wine and the cream. Add the shallot and chopped chives, then the chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
