Ingredient list
Mixture preparation
1 liter Tiramisù
3 drop coconut extract
Pineapple preparation
2 pineapple
200 g jus d'ananas
50 g sugar
50 g white rum
50 g grilled grated coconut

The recipe,
step by step

    Mixture preparation

    Mix the Tiramisù with the coconut extract, pour into a siphon, fill 3 or 4 gas cartridges. Chill for at least one hour. Assemble

    Pineapple preparation

    Just Finely dice the pineapple and cook with the juice and sugar until the liquid has been completely absorbed. Add the rum and keep chilled.

    Before serving, squirt the Tiramisù over the pineapple mixture.
