The 28th session of the « Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France » (MOF) contest was hosted in Lille from the 6th to the 8th of October of 2026.

This edition will be remembered as a first in the history of the event: Fanny Le Duff became the first woman to receive the title of MOF in the Pastry category. The Chefs Loïc Béziat, Romain Bert, Jérémy Massing, Thomas Mahou, and Joannic Taton join the record of achievements.

Elle & Vire Professionnel is proud to be a partner of this prestigious award, which celebrates excellence, technique, and sharing the know-how.

Congratulations to all six winners!
