Elle & Vire Professionnel congratulates Chef Lluis Costa for winning the «  Best Craftsman Butter Croissant of Spain 2015 » competition. He succeeded Oriol Balaguer, winner of the 2014 edition.

Held every year in Barcelona, Spain, this competition aims at promoting craftsmen know-how. Elle & Vire Professionnel was proud to sponsor once more this event, which saw for the third year in a row crowned a chef who uses Elle & Vire Professionnel's butter.
