Salmon blinis, Sublime with horseradish
30 blinis
250 g Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone
50 g horseradish
15 g strong mustard
200 g salmon eggs
chives
salt
pepper

The recipe,
step by step

    Salmon blinis, Sublime with horseradish

    Whip the Sublime then add the horseradish and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pipe onto the blinis using a star shaped nozzle, and top with salmon roe and chive tips.
