1 kg Original american cream cheese 34% fat
40 g walnuts
1 kg Saucisse de Morteau cuite
150 g mâche
wallnut oil
vinegar
salt
pepper
100 g Excellence whipping cream 35% fat

    Preparation

    Mix the Cream Cheese with the Excellence Cream to soften it, add the crushed walnuts and a dash of walnut oil. Season to taste.

    Cut the cooked Morteau sausage

    Put in the plate the lamb's lettuce seasoned with the walnut oil, the vinegar and the dice of sausage

    Deposit the Cream Cheese in balls with spoons

    Chef's tip

    You can replace the pork by another meat at your convenience
