The new gastronomy initiatives

For several months, the Chefs have been reinventing and adaapting themselves, and they came out with different ways to face the current context.

Our news

For some Chefs, this period has been a real source of inspiration. Many chefs have readjusted their menus: some made it transportable, when others developed a whole new concept. Many services appeared: take-away and delivery became the new trend, including for gourmet cuisine; fresh baskets and other home cooking kits emerged … A "new gastronomy" came to light.

This week, discover how 4 restaurants all over the world have adapted their menus:

La Scène (Paris)

In Paris, the Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec launched a new concept : « A vous de jouer la Scène » and offers fresh products baskets to recreate gourmet recipes at home. 3 garnished baskets have been developed: "Burger Party", "Chateaubriand au poivre" and "Bar de ligne en papillote".

Through this concept, the Chef Le Quellec managed to adapt her offer to home-cooking and to create a link with her customers by allowing them to cook the recipe she created thanks to her instructions. The Chef also offers vacuum-packed dishes, delivered cold and to be reheated at home like the « Blanquette de veau printanière infusée au café », or  the « Curry rouge végétarien au lait de coco et au riz parfumé. »

Her meals are available for delivery or take-away.
