Mariott Grand Ballroom opening

For the opening of the Grand Ballroom Mariott on the 30th of June and 1st of July in Manila in the Philippines, Eric Perez, assisted by Mariott’s team, prepared a VIP dinner for all the 1,500 guests. The event was sponsored by Elle & Vire Professionnel and Santini Food Products. During the dinner, the guests saw a live performance of James Ingram, an American soul singer and had the chance to taste a Kalamansi Saint Honoré with Light Vanilla Cream and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream as dessert.

This dessert was created with Performance Universal Cream 35.1% FAT and Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone.
