Mariott Grand Ballroom opening

For the opening of the Grand Ballroom Mariott on the 30^th of June and 1st of July in Manila in the Philippines, Eric Perez, assisted by Mariott’s team, prepared a VIP dinner for all the 1,500 guests. The event was sponsored by Elle & Vire Professionnel and Santini Food Products. During the dinner, the guests saw a live performance of James Ingram, an American soul singer and had the chance to taste a Kalamansi Saint Honoré with Light Vanilla Cream and Dulce de Leche Ice Cream as dessert.

This dessert was created with Performance Universal Cream 35.1% FAT and Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone.
