Flashback on Etienne Leroy in Qatar
Organised by Greenhouse, Qatar's supplier of Elle & Vire Professionnel®, gathered 230 chefs in the 5-star La Cigale Hotel to display the recipes and universe of the chef. For 4 hours, helped by female chef Wafa, executive pastry chef of Greenhouse, Etienne Leroy has known how to mesmerize his audience thanks to 3 of his original recipes. Volluto, Eclat and Childhood Memory were all thoroughly cooked live in front of the public to offer a full demonstration and foster culinary inspiration.
Through these 3 recipes, the Chef has been able to share his techniques and his various uses of the Excellence Whipping Cream, the Gourmet Butter unsalted 82% fat and Mascarpone.
