For the 2025 Ambassadeurs Seminar, we brought together, for the very first time, 23 chefs from 14 countries for three days of exchange and sharing.

On the agenda:

- A visit to a partner producer in Normandy, the birthplace of Elle & Vire®, to discover their dairy expertise, which guarantees the quality of our products.

- A tour of the Condé-sur-Vire site and a meeting with the Elle & Vire® teams for passionate and expert discussions.

- An immersion into the terroir of our Ambassadeur Chef Christophe Hay.

- Sharing of expertise and inspiration on the uses of butter and cream, today and in the future.

These moments reflect the richness of our community, united by a shared passion: the Taste of Real.
