March 19th, in Guadeloupe, Arnaud Bloquel, a Chef from Guadeloupe won the “Trophée des Chefs Ultra-Marins”. Congratulations Chef Arnaud! With a carpaccio of lambi (a crustacean), the Chef have delighted the jury members’ taste bud.

For its fourth edition, organized by the Caribbean Food Culinary Institute in Guadeloupe, Elle & Vire Professionnel was partner of the event. During 3 hours, 8 renowned chefs have shown their talents around a theme: “From sea to plate”.

Arnaud Bloquel, Moeava Darrouzes, Sylvio Champesting, Andjizi Daroueche, François Rivollet, Thomas Lefebvre, Ludovic Just and Jimmy Bibrac have been all rewarded for their works and creations. The goal of this competition is to gather the best Chefs from the French Overseas Territories to honor local gastronomy.
