Preheat oven th 160°
Cut the puff pastry into the size of the chosen small moulds. And line the mini quiche moulds with the batter. Then take a fork and prick the quiche bottom well.
Whisk the 5 eggs with 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the fluid whole cream. Add the 100g of grated cheese. Spread the mixture in the moulds.
Then spread the steamed broccoli half-head and cut into small pieces 5 chopped cherry tomatoes and 3 Tbsp. of diced bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes. Quiches should be golden brown.
