Whisk the eggs with the sugar and honey, the mixture should become clear and sparkling. Add the cream, and mix.
Sift the flour and yeast, and gradually add to the previous mixture. Add the melted butter, mix to obtain a nice smooth dough.
Stir in chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
Place in the cool 1h30.
Preheat the oven th6. Fill the madeleine molds with ¾.
Cook for 13 minutes. Unmould and let cool.
