Dessert Bases: new packaging and new references

Packaging for the Dessert Base range has been entirely redesigned. A sophisticated darker background now places more emphasis on the product, its advantages and instructions for use. Two new versions have been launched to celebrate the new packaging, which are ideal for creating the taste of more “homemade” recipes. Smooth and mouthwateringly creamy, the recipe for Crème Brûlée with Vanilla has been updated. It has delicious natural flavours and intense notes of vanilla mixed with the subtle taste of egg. The Elle & Vire Professional Tiramisù, a key gourmet dessert, is deliciously light. It is now created with 60% mascarpone, for optimal richness and excellent hold. Modelled on others in the Dessert Bases range, these mixtures allow for the preparation of classic recipes, but lend themselves equally to other gourmet interpretations. All the more reason to express your creativity! They are available in 1 l UHT tetra packs.
