12 tranches jambon blanc en chiffonnade
Unsalted Gourmet Butter
1 tsp graine de moutarde
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 coeur de sucrine
4 petits pains ronds aux graines
4 gherkins

    Preparation of ham-butter sandwich

    Slice the pickles lengthwise

    Cut the rolls in half.

    Spread the butter generously over the bread.

    Sprinkle with mustard seeds and chives

    Arrange sugar leaves not too large and pickle strips

    Then carefully place the ham.

    Finish with the bread.
