Place a sheet of baking paper in a large dish that fits in the freezer.
Spread the yogurt on the baking sheet (height 0.5 cm).
Cut the fruit if needed, crush the pistachios, and spread them over the yogurt.
Sprinkle with granola.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
Break the frozen fruit yogurt into pieces and serve.
