Toast the bread slices and butter them with the butter from the Conde-sur-Vire Elle & Vire Dairy.
Wash the strawberries (choose nice size strawberries) and remove the tails. In a container crush the strawberries coarsely.
Spread the strawberry purée on the toast.
Heat the chocolate squares in a saucepan over low heat with a little water.
Place a drizzle of melted chocolate on the tartines.
You can decorate it with mint leaves. Good tasting!
