Pour the tapioca pearls into boiling water and follow the cooking intructions on the packaging to cook them well.
Drain the tapioca and lightly coat it with honey
In a blender, add the pot Elle & Vire® Fruits, 1/2 cup of fruit juice, crushed ice and 1/2 cup of brewed tea.
Blend everything on high speed until the texture is smooth.
Place a small amount of tapioca pearls in the bottom of a tall glass.
Then pour the blended mixture over it.
