Melt the all Purpose Butter and add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a whisk. sift flour with baking powder and fold into the mixture. Dissolve salt into eggs. Add water. mix the eggs to the batter with a whisk until smooth. Fill paper cupcake liners 3⁄4 full. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or red berries.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 220°C / 448°f. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
