In 2021, we need more than ever to express the bonds that unite us and Elle & Vire Professionnel® keeps working to bring together professionals who share a passion for dairy products.
Elle & Vire Professionnel® took its sponsor, the multi-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire, and its ambassador, the Best Pastry Craftsman of France (MOF) in 2011, Yann Brys, as well as the two executive Chefs of La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia®, Sébastien Faré and Nicolas Boussin, to meet two Normandy dairy farmers: Nathalie Néel and Sébastien Labouche.
The professionals met around common values, which animate their daily life: Taste, Excellence, Origin and Nature.
Beautiful moments and memories were shared during this meeting and captured in a series of videos and pictures. The Chefs also created recipes especially for the occasion, inspired by the time they had in the French Normandy bocage.
