SIRHA: A throw back to the incredible 2021 edition !

After several cancellations and postponements following the health crisis, the Elle & Vire Professionnel® teams were finally able to meet up with you in Lyon for the most eagerly awaited gastronomic event of the year: the SIRHA 2021. 

During these 5 days, we were able to share moments of exchange, conviviality and inspiration. 

SIRHA is also a highlight with the Pastry World Cup won this year by Italy, followed by Japan in 2nd place and France in 3rd place. 

Our motto "let's spread French excellence" was brilliantly carried by Davy Tissot and the French team who won the Bocuse d'or, sponsored by Elle & Vire Professionnel ® .

We had the pleasure of welcoming you to our stand in the chefs' village, the perfect opportunity to transport you to our Normandy universe, where Nature, Origin, Excellence and Taste bring us together around common values. 

Our Elle & Vire Professionnel® Ambassadors as well as the Chefs of La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia ®, were also present at our side to celebrate the 20th edition of this SIRHA. From four quarters to sweet gnocchi, the creations of our Chefs delighted you.
