Elle & Vire Professionnel and Groupe Savencia's Indian subsidiary Dabon International Pvt Ltd were proud to sponsor the first Pastry Queen India 2015 held on the 25-26 July at the Academy of Pastry Arts India in Gurgaon.

This event was the first of its kind in India and aims to provide a platform for young and talented Indian professional female pastry chefs, to showcase their skills and craft.

This event also serves as pre-selection for the Indian contestant for the Ladies World Pastry Championship, at the SIGEP 2016, which will be held in Italy. Chef Sanjana Patel, winner of this year edition will then represent India at the World’s Pastry Championship.

This year’s theme was “the art of dance” and all participants came up with very technical and inspired realizations. Chef Sanjana Patel’s prizes include advance training at the Academy of Pastry Arts India. She will be able to acquire new skills in order to be a strong contestant at the World’s Pastry Championship.

Elle & Vire Professionnel wishes all participants good luck in their future career and the best of luck to Chef Sanjana Patel for the Ladies World Pastry Championship.
