Created by Paul Bocuse in 1987, this prestigious competition has rewarded Wednesday, January 28th, the best chef among 24 international candidates competing at Sirha in Lyon, France.

Once again, Elle & Vire Professionnel is proud to be an official member of this prestigious competition and congratulates all the teams that participated in this exceptional show.
