Bocuse d’Or 2017: Selections start!

One month after Norway’s victory, the selection process for the 2017 edition of the Bocuse d’Or is already underway! The winners of Russian, French and Turkish selection will compete against each other in the Bocuse d’Or Europe to be held in Budapest. This continental selection event will determine the European teams that will participate in the final of the contest. As for the Brazilian qualifying round, it will enable the winning team to take part in the Bocuse d’Or Latin America in Mexico, a mandatory stage before the grand final of the contest that will be held on January 24th and 25th 2017 in Lyon, France as part of the SIRHA trade show.
