On 16th June, Elle & Vire Professionnel organized a VIP dinner at “sketch” London.

For this special occasion Pierre Gagnaire, elected best chef of the world by his peers and Elle & Vire ambassador, was present and offered a unique menu at the Lecture Room of “sketch”. 40 Londoners chefs were invited in this two Michelin stars restaurant. This was an opportunity to honour the gastronomy and the quality of Elle & Vire Professionnel products. 

At the same time, the evening gave the opportunity to launch officially the Mascarpone, innovation of Elle & Vire Professionnel. The first ready-to-use mascarpone with a long shelf life.
