40 g Unsalted Gourmet Butter
Realization of the strawberry crusher
8 strawberries
Preparation of chocolate sauce
4 carrés dark chocolate 70% of cocoa
1 tbsp water

The recipe,
step by step

    Preparation of the tartines

    Toast the bread slices and butter them with the butter from the Conde-sur-Vire Elle & Vire Dairy.

    Realization of the strawberry crusher

    Wash the strawberries (choose nice size strawberries) and remove the tails. In a container crush the strawberries coarsely.

    Spread the strawberry purée on the toast.

    Preparation of chocolate sauce

    Heat the chocolate squares in a saucepan over low heat with a little water.

    Place a drizzle of melted chocolate on the tartines.

    Chef's tip

    You can decorate it with mint leaves. Good tasting!
