The French « Association des Maîtres Restaurateurs » is an organization gathering  the restaurants that have received the title of “Maître Restaurateur”. Created in 2007, this title is the first and only official title for traditional and independent restaurants.

The title of « Maître Restaurateur » is bestowed and acknowledged by the French government and certifies that all the dishes featuring on the menus of the 3,600 restaurants of the association are homemade, with fresh raw products that favor farm to fork distribution.

Since 2010, the association has been chaired by Francis ATTRAZIC, a genuine spokesperson for homemade and an ardent defender of traditional cooking. According to him, being « Maître Restaurateur » is a proof of faith: “a commitment to quality, a deep respect for the customer and a passion for fine food”.

Thus, Elle & Vire Professionnel is proud to be the new partner of this beautiful association and to be involved in supporting its members.
