In early April, the Chef Clément Nadeau from La Maison de la Crème  Elle & Vire was in Saigon in Vietnam. Along with the executive Sous-Chef of the Ho Chi Minh City Pullman, the Chef Nguyen Phi CONG, he cooked a dinner under the theme « French Touch Dinner ».

 

It was the occasion for the guests to discover dishes produced with the Elle & Vire Professionnel products. As an appetizer, Sacristains, gougères and choux buns with salmon, followed by a starter composed by a scallop of fried Foie gras with Soubise sauce. As main course, crusty sea cicadas. As for cheese, it was the Elle & Vire Professionnel® Emmental of France along with raw vegetables. At the end of the meal, the dessert was a chocolate Entremet followed by several mini pastries: Cheesecake Riviera, Cheesecake mousse, and crusty Riviera.
