step by step

    Preparation

    Wash and peel the carrot. Using a peeler, make carrot tagliatelle and set aside in cold water.

    Wash the radishes and cut into rounds. Brown the bread in the oven and rub the slices with the garlic.

    Dressage

    Arrange a generous amount of Butter Tender half-salt and two shrimp on each slice of bread.

    Garnish with radish slices, beans, carrot tagliatelle, and a few salad leaves or fresh herbs. Sprinkle with pepper.
