Training in Italy
Chef Luigi Biasetto, pastry chef and winner of the 1997 World Pastry Cup was in Milan for a masterclass in partnership with Essegi Dolciaria where he shared his recipes and technics with more than 40 pastry chefs. It was a good opportunity for the chefs to get acquainted with Elle & Vire Professionnel® products and to discover the latest innovations of the brand. They had a chance to find out more about Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone, and Advantage Whipping, available in a new 2 liter format.. Among the recipes prepared, Macaroons made with Excellence Whipping Cream and a Cheese Cake prepared with Original American Cream Cheese.
