Top Chef Awards in New Delhi !

Elle & Vire Professionnel is a new partner of Top Chef Awards to be held in New Delhi on July 27. No less than 28 chefs are nominated and compete in 17 categories including "Award for Excellence in North Indian Cuisine (Five Star)", "Award for Excellence in South Indian / Coastal Cuisine (Five Star)", "Award for Excellence in Asian Cuisine (Five Star) "or" Pastry / Bakery Chef of the Year (Five Star). "The Jury is composed by 9 chefs including three founding members of the Delhi Gourmet Club. They nominate 3 chefs for each category, the public will then vote for the winner. Elle & Vire Professionnel will gift the 2 winners an all-expenses-paid trip to Bangkok to attend a 3 days bakery programme led by Chef Eric Perez in his Macaron Pastry Training Center.
