Boulangerie World Cup: Congratulation to South Korea!

Last Tuesday at Europain, Paris, France, took place the 2016 Boulangerie Wold Cup.

During 4 days, under the suppervision of the Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx, many countries had to create an artistic piece made of bread dough, special breads, original sandwiches as well as pastries.

Good news, South Korea won the Boulangerie Wold Cup. Congratulation !

Congratulation too to the French team who won the bronze and to Taiwan who finished second.
