Partner of the Asian Pastry Cup Selection for Indonesia

Elle & Vire Professionnel is pleased to support the Asian Pastry Cup Competition Selection for Indonesia for Class 1 on April 18^th 2015 in Jakarta. This competition will be held during the 10th Indonesian Salon Culinaire 2015.

The 4 participating teams each composed by 2 chefs will compete in various categories such as Cake, Chocolate tasting and Dessert tasting. Our Excellence Whipping Cream will be on stage for the competition!

The winning team will advance to the final pastry competition of the Asian Pastry Cup in Singapore on April 2016. In addition to earning the prestigious honor, the team will go on to represent Asia at the World Pastry Cup 2017 in Lyon, France.
