Cafe DKSH
Every year, our distributor DKSH organizes the Cafe DKSH in Hong Kong. A special event where pastry has the place of honor. After the Art and Pastry theme last year, the 2016 Cafe DKSH has associated pastry with fashion.
Chef Eric Perez has created, for this special occasion, 2 beautiful cakes that goes with 2 awesome dresses. The sugar paste has been realized by King Poon & Tina Chau and Jeffery Koo.
