Nicolas Boussin was in UAE for two demonstrations
From 10th to 13th September 2017, Nicolas Boussin, Best Pastry Craftsman of France and Executive Chef at La Maison de La Crème Elle & Vire was in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for two exclusive demonstrations.
Many pastry Chefs and executives Chefs attended these events which took place first at The St. Regis Dubai and then at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi. Nicolas Boussin shared with the professional audience his secrets for his new recipes. The audience particularly appreciated tips and inspirations given by the Chef.
Professionals who attended the demonstrations were seduced by the originality and technicity of the recipes presented which were using – among other – Excellence Whipping Cream, Original American Cream Cheese and the new Elle & Vire Professionnel Mascarpone Cheese.
