2018 Asian Pastry Cup

Elle & Vire Professionnel is proud to be once again Gold Member of the 2018 edition of the Asian Pastry Cup!

Founded in 2006, the Asian Pastry Cup is held every two years in Singapore during the Food & Hotel Asia fair. Over time, the ACP has become one of the most iconic pastry events in Asia, promoting the Art of Pastry on the continent.

 

On April 24^th and April 25^th, 12 teams of pastry Chefs, standing for their country, will leave their imagination run wild to prepare a chocolate creation, a sugar creation, a chocolate cake and a plated dessert. The only restriction: to prepare pastry creations matching the theme of the competition, in front of world-class pastry chefs!
